| Hi, I currently have a BEDROOM for rent in Centreville. It s a Townhouse in the Little Rocky Run complex. Major highways around: * (66/29/28/braddock/fairlakes) * Ten minutes away from George Mason University * 15 minutes from Tyson on 66 * Not to far from Fairfax circle of 29/50 * right around the corner of Manassas The townhouse has a kitchen with an island and skylight ceiling. The room is vacant. The room has its own closet and shared bathroom. Utilities are included which consists of: *LIGHT *WATER *GAS *CABLE *INTERNET A deposit is required ($500) A lease will also be sign 12 months. I have already filled two of the spots an now I'm trying get the last roommate on board. I'm looking for: a responsible roommates who is ok to share common areas and share the cleaning, must be clean and be able to pick up after them selves. Smoking is ok, BUT ONLY OUTSIDE. Must be considerate and respectful of others living here. Required: 1 month s rent is the deposit and a 1yr lease to be signed. If you have landlord references that will be great! About the current roomates: Landloard/Roomate works M-F 9-5 at Verizon Wireless and also attends College. Goes out once in a while but remains home most of the time. Master Bedroom, She attends GMU and works as a bartender in MD. Is home most of the time but keeps to herself in her room. Regular room with whom you would shared the bathroom works M-S has two jobs rarely home but keeps to himself in his room. We all have our own seperate lifes but once in a while come together and go out. The house is NOT a party house. Three respectful roomates just looking for the 4th( trying to really get a girl to make everything even) Dogs: We have two small dogs a puggle and a maltipoo. They really dont bother you, well they get happy to see you and then they will go away. I have pic of them on the link below.
